Investment Casting

Investment casting is regarded as a precision casting process to fabricate near-net-shaped components. The reduction or elimination of secondary machining allows us to easily convert multi-part assemblies into single, as-cast parts. Thin wall capabilities, smooth surface finishes, and consistent dimensional accuracy make investment casting the simple solution to complex engineering.

Sand Casting

We are one of the most advanced integrated special steel and alloy steel casting and precision valve manufacturing facilities, producing specialty castings and very precise valves for the oil and gas, fertilizer, chemical, petrochemical, power, steel, and refinery industries.

The internal foundry is automatic and has both domestic and imported machinery like continuous molding lines, heat treating, and shot blasting machines. It also has large CNC lathes, CNC drilling, radial drilling, and seal welding machines as well as internal destructive and non-destructive testing facilities like Spectro, Radiography, impact, and MPI.

The plant is modern and pollution-free since it is well-balanced. We produce valves out of carbon steel, stainless steel, and other special alloy castings, and we export these products to customers worldwide, including end users.

Strict quality control is implemented throughout the whole manufacturing process, including the foundry, and is managed by QC/QA experts. In accordance with ANSI, ASTM, BS, and MSS standards as well as API 600, API 598, API 6A, and API 6D, strict quality control and testing methods are upheld.

Forging-Process.jpg

Forging

Metal is heated during the forging process, where it is then appropriately compressed to cause plastic deformation and shape the metal. Typically, the compressive force is applied via press or power hammer strikes.

The physical qualities of the metal are improved and the grain structure is refined during forging. Forgings lack any porosity, voids, inclusions, or other imperfections and are uniform from piece to piece. Therefore, because there are no voids, finishing procedures like machining do not reveal them. Due to an excellent surface that needs minimum preparation, coating processes like plating or painting are very simple.

Precision Machining

Original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) specify precision machining to change materials. A precision machinist is a person who shapes raw material, frequently metal, into the desired shape.

Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) or Computer-Aided Design is used in precision machining (CAD). The most accurate measurement and cutting to exact specifications are provided by this. A variety of objects are made using precision machining, including:

  • Medical equipment, Aeronautical parts, Solar and wind energy sources & A lot more.

Along with the basic CNC machining and precision machining setups, there are other, more specialized types of machines. To optimize your project, consult with the manufacturer about its capabilities and recommendations.

The various types of CNC machine capabilities include:

  • 3-axis CNC machining

  • CNC milling

  • CNC turning

  • Multi-axis CNC machining

  • Indexed CNC machining 3+2 axis

  • Indexed 5-axis CNC milling

  • 5-axis CNC machining

  • Continuous 5-axis CNC milling machining

  • Mill turning CNC centers
